Now that I have some experience working in different studios in different countries for a couple of years.....I'm noticing things. Some things good, some things bad. Here is a very well written, short article about a bad thing I've noticed some people do as a supervisor or anyone that is in a leader position. And I think most of us will go through this experience as well one time or another while we grow into the shell of becoming a true leader.
