I'm sure it applies to just about any job though), but for the mean time this is a good read that all bosses, supervisors, CEOs and general management related proffesionals shoud read. If you plan to become a leader or manage people, please read this. There are so many people that don't know how to manage that are managing these days. And IT DRAINS THE LIVING BEJESUS OUT OF THE WORKERS.
