I stumbled upon The Lozt Boyz blog by accident and I was very glad I did. They are four animators from Blue Sky Studios(Jeff Gabor, Melvin Tan, Nick Bruno & Scott Carroll) and their blog is fun and genuinely helpful with lots of tips and tricks about animation and the fun process of it all.
